Job description:
- Helpdesk Phone Support
- Answers and resolves First Level Helpdesk Calls
- Responds to Emails received by the Helpdesk mailbox
- Runs Call Center metrics reports for Helpdesk management
- Responsible for Communication Emails from the Helpdesk Announcements Mailbox.
- Monitors and reports outages in Network Connectivity
- Rotates in a desktop support role with other Call Center Analysts.
- 99 Percent Phone Support

Requirements:
- Must be willing to work one day every other weekend and Holidays as necessary.
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Ability to multitask
